The Girl in the Red Skirt

Hello from Copenhagen! It has been roughly 3 weeks since I arrived and already overdose on pastries and pasta . I been wanting to visit Europe for so long that it still feels a bit surreal right now. Love how everything is within walking distance and the public transportation is super efficient. Love walking around the city without a map and finding super cute neighborhoods around each corner.

I bought this red skirt from Zara before I left the States. I usually stay away from bold colors like this red but it perfectly blends in with the colorful buildings around the city. Then, paired with this black top from a local Danish brand. Side note: shopping and eating out is pretty expensive over here with their high tax system. Make sure to budget well. Lastly, finished off with a white sandal that looks cute and also comfortable for walking long hours.

We visited two popular touristy locations this day;  Nyhavn and The Little Mermaid. Nyhavn (pictured below) is the colorful harbor filled with restaurants and various entertainment. After taking couple photos, we walked along the waterfront and ventured off to find the little mermaid. Just like the name, the mermaid was really small but still beautiful. It almost felt like the fairytale story was playing out right in front of me. There is so many more things to explore around and can't wait to share it with you all.
